Trade Show Labs in New York City
HudsonGray booked two claw machines with prize balls and an on-site attendant for a three-day outdoor event in June 2026 and told us "the claw machines were a big hit at the event." NotaryCam ran SwagBot Beam at the New York Hilton Midtown in October 2025, engraving leather luggage tags for attendees ("the item was very well received"). Genesis Engineers ran Tablet Jeopardy in April 2026, Traversal ran Batak in June ("the game was a hit!"), and Adastra ran Jeopardy the summer before. Oscar Health and PVH have also had our crews at their New York events.
How a job in New York City runs
Manhattan jobs are staffed jobs more often than not. Agar had two of our event managers and two simulator rigs in the city for four days in October 2026. The HudsonGray outdoor event in June ran two claw machines for three days with an attendant on them the whole time. NotaryCam ran SwagBot Beam at the New York Hilton Midtown, engraving leather luggage tags for attendees.
The smaller games travel well. Genesis Engineers ran Tablet Jeopardy in April 2026, Traversal ran Batak in June, and Adastra ran Jeopardy the summer before. Give us the venue name early. A Midtown hotel ballroom and the Javits Center load in very differently, and the quote should reflect which one you have.
