Because Austin is a truck run, the heavy units travel easily: the F1 race simulator with a leaderboard, the VR flight simulator, the golf simulator. mini-drone racing is the one Right Formula picked. Trade Show Labs in Austin
STATION Austin booked our race simulator for CF House in March 2026 and wrote that "it helped make the event a success." Allen Boone Humphries Robinson ran a game rig with our manager in April: "The game was a lot of fun to play!" Hearst Media put a rig and a manager at the Austin American-Statesman high school sports event in June and told us, "Very nice and professional. We will be wanting to do this at both High School Sports events next year as well." Semrush rented equipment for Austin and Dallas the summer before, and we have a rig and headsets booked for an Austin show in October 2026.
Austin is a drive, not a flight
Same-day setups from our Houston warehouse
Austin is under three hours from our Houston warehouse, straight up 290, and that changes the job. We can load in the morning and be set up at the Austin Convention Center or the Palmer Events Center by early afternoon, and a one-day event needs no freight carrier at all. Two Austin events on one day is routine. On 23 October 2026 one crew ran mini-drone racing for Right Formula downtown while another had a race simulator going for Mercedes-Benz HPC North America in north Austin.
Downtown is not the only stop. STATION Austin’s event ran in south Austin, and the Hearst job was a high school sports event, not a trade show. Short drive, same crew, same gear.
