When it comes to Vegas, there is no place for normal. That means you need Vegas trade show ideas that make your booth something completely new and equally amazing.
Trade Show Labs brings branded games and booth activations to Las Vegas from Houston more often than to any other city. Our event managers set up in your booth, run the activation every open hour and strike it at close.
What we bring to Las Vegas
At the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum we run the branded claw machine, the F1 race simulator with a leaderboard, the giant Plinko board, the Are You Smarter Than An AI Bot? trivia game, Tablet Jeopardy, Batak Pro, the social media vending machine, VR racing rigs, the VR flight simulator, the golf simulator, the AI photo booth, mini-drone racing, and swag made in the booth with SwagBot Beam laser engraving and SwagBot Print 3D printing. Each unit is wrapped in your artwork and, where it helps, paired with a prize tier or lead form.
Our guide to the best trade show booth games compares them; our list of interactive trade show ideas goes beyond games. The full list of trade show games and activations has photos of every unit.

Intel ran our claw machine for three days in May 2026 through The Taylor Group and told us "the event went very well. Our booth was busy the entire time, right up to the end." HID Global ran the race simulator with a leaderboard in August ("a great attendee experience"), Picus Security ran the giant Plinko board the same week ("Everything was great"), and the AI Bot trivia game worked a Black Hat booth in August 2026, three years after Mimecast ran VR with us at the same conference. Equinix ran Tablet Jeopardy in December 2025: "everyone had an awesome time at the show!!" HealthTrust, after their Jeopardy activation, wrote that "it attracted members to our booth, kept them there for a longer period of time, and also educated them on our products and services." RX Global told us "the activation ran very smoothly," Concord Technology ran VR racing in their booth in March 2026, Informatica and Content Square have run our social media vending machine, and Cloudli has rented equipment. We know Mandalay Bay from APD's January 2023 event, we have worked Adobe Summit, and we have three more social media vending machines booked for Las Vegas shows this November.
