Boston jobs have ranged from a single shipped unit to a staffed multi-rig booth. The branded claw machine can ship ahead and run for a week without a crew. The AI photo booth, Tablet Jeopardy, the Are You Smarter Than An AI Bot? trivia game and Batak Pro fit a small stand at the BCEC or the Hynes. When there is room, the F1 race simulator, the VR flight simulator and the golf simulator are the draws people line up for, and VR headset packages and course-style VR challenges are what Sanofi and Emmanuel College booked. Add the social media vending machine, the giant Plinko board or mini-drone racing for a corporate party, and SwagBot Beam laser engraving or SwagBot Print 3D printing when the giveaway should be made on the spot.

Trade Show Labs in Boston
Okta ran our F1 racing simulator at a Boston happy hour in November 2025 and told us "the experience was great!" Sanofi booked a course-style VR activation with two rigs in Waltham that December: "People really enjoyed and were visibly excited when they cleared the course!" Emmanuel College rented six headsets in April 2026 ("They really liked the VR headsets!"), Big Fish brought two of our managers to a Dunkin' event in October 2025, and we have a full-service job on the Boston calendar for November 2026.
Running a show in Boston
Seaport, Back Bay and the suburbs
Boston’s metro area is home to more than 4.3 million people, and its shows cluster in two places: the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in the Seaport and the Hynes in Back Bay. Our units ship from Houston by freight and the crew flies in, usually the day before. Logitech’s branded claw machine stayed in the Seaport for six days in March 2026 as an equipment-only rental, no crew on site.
Corporate work here spills past the show floor. Okta’s happy hour and the Dunkin’ event we staffed for Big Fish were not trade shows, and Sanofi’s VR course ran out in Waltham. If the schedule allows, the Freedom Trail and Fenway Park are a short walk or T ride from either hall.
