Trade Show Labs delivers branded games and booth activations to Denver from Houston. Our event managers set up, staff and strike; your team keeps the conversations.
What we bring to Denver
The big rigs come first for Colorado Convention Center booths: the F1 race simulator, the VR flight simulator, and the golf simulator with VR golf alongside it. For a hotel ballroom or a smaller stand we bring the tabletop and single-station games instead, which in Denver has meant Batak Pro, Tablet Jeopardy, the Are You Smarter Than An AI Bot? trivia game and the AI photo booth. Crowd pullers that work on their own include the branded claw machine, the social media vending machine, the giant Plinko board and mini-drone racing. VR meditation rooms have run here too. For swag, SwagBot Beam laser engraving and SwagBot Print 3D printing make the giveaway in the booth while the attendee watches.

Trade Show Labs in Denver
Ferrilli booked two event managers and four room-scale rigs for a three-day Denver event in April 2026 and has the same setup on the calendar again for September. Salesforce rented six VR headsets for a June 2026 event, AcuityMD had our crew in the city in August 2025, Inizio ran a VR meditation activation over three days in April 2025, and an eight-manager job ran in Littleton in May 2026. Down in Colorado Springs, Informa Australia ran our VR golf ("The VR Golf went great, and we got some really good feedback.").
Planning a Denver show
Shipping, the convention center and the drive west
Denver sits in the middle of the country, which is a big part of why national shows pick it. Our gear comes up from Houston by freight, roughly a thousand miles, and for Colorado Convention Center shows it goes to the general contractor’s advance warehouse before move-in. That is how the Ferrilli job for EDUCAUSE 2026 ran in late September. Crates went to Freeman’s warehouse first, then onto the floor at booth 433. Our event managers were in town the day before to set up and test the F1 race simulators.
The downtown hotels, the National Western Complex and the Ranch Events Complex in Loveland are all on our delivery list. The Rocky Mountains start an hour west of the hall, so a show that closes on Friday tends to keep people in Colorado for the weekend.

Build the Denver booth around one strong draw
